Daily cleaning until 12:00 am, linen change (sheets twice a week), towels every 3 days.
Additional linen: it is possible to request a change of linen (sheets and towels) by paying the additional cost. For the change of "towels" every day for the double room 5.00 euros / Triple room 7.00 euros / Quadruple room 9.00 euros.
Free internal parking: Each room has the right to a parking space (parking is prohibited for people who are not staying at the property), we ask you to leave the key in the room for any movements as there could be a car in front, we ask the customer to inform the size of the car for possible organization of parking).

Pets: Not allowed.
Groups: When booking more than 3 rooms, the property may apply different conditions and supplements. Party not allowed.
Tourist tax: It is not included in the overnight rates shown on our website.
Cancellation Policy: In case of standard rate cancellation, it must be made from our website within 7 days before the arrival date, after 6 days from the arrival date the penalty is equal to 100% of the booking value.
In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged.
